Welcome to this website, where I document my journey of integrating gamification into an at-will internal recognition program that fosters personal growth, professional development, and tracks on-the-job achievements. Over the course of nearly six years, I’ve successfully designed, developed, implemented, and maintained this program.

It was only in the past two years that I began to delve deeply into the principles of gamification. This reflection has shown me how much of what I did aligns with those principles — and how much doesn't.

As I expanded my knowledge and compared what I learned to what I had already implemented, I felt compelled to share my experiences, including both the successes and the setbacks. My goal is to provide insights that help you understand the full scope of what I’ve achieved, laugh at my missteps, and perhaps inspire you to embark on a similar journey!
